Lance has been guiding individuals and families through financial planning for over 25 years. For him, the work isn’t just about strategies or spreadsheets — it’s about helping people achieve their goals and create the freedom to live life on their terms.
His people-first philosophy is what keeps him passionate about the job after all these years, and it’s the reason so many clients trust him with their future.
Outside of work, Lance keeps life balanced. He enjoys staying fit, gardening and making the most of family time with his wife, Trena-Jane, and their two sons. His grounded, approachable style is the same in and out of the office: focused on what matters most.
Trena-Jane Rowlands
Business Development Manager
Trena-Jane oversees the client experience, ensuring every interaction is personal and meaningful. She believes strong relationships are the foundation of great service and takes pride in making sure each client feels understood and supported. With a natural focus on people, she brings warmth, empathy, and a steady hand to the team, helping clients feel confident and cared for every step of the way.
Outside the office, Trena-Jane enjoys cooking, sharing a good glass of wine, and supporting charities close to her heart. She brings the same values to her personal life as she does to her work — warmth, generosity, and a people-first spirit.
Trent Reisenleiter

Trent believes financial advice should be clear, practical, and personal. With experience in business, financial planning, and mortgage broking, he helps clients feel confident in their decisions, whether it’s structuring investments or securing the right loan. Known for his approachable style and flair in the mortgage space, Trent makes the complex simple.
Away from work, he’s an avid sports follower, a keen golfer, and is equally at home cooking up something delicious for family and friends.
Bronwyn O’Callaghan
Office Administrator/Client Manager
Bronwyn is a highly qualified client manager with extensive experience, known for consistently going above and beyond for her clients. She builds strong relationships through her thorough approach, attention to detail, and genuine care, earning the trust and loyalty of everyone she works with.
When she’s not at work, Bronwyn is a proud mum of four teenagers, enjoys tending her garden, and the team always looks forward to her famous morning tea sausage rolls.
Kym Di Bartolomeo
Client Manager
With an extensive background in banking and many years as a client manager, Kym blends professionalism with a warm personal touch that clients and colleagues truly value. She is dedicated, approachable, and ensures client needs are always met with care and attention. As a Justice of the Peace (JP), Kym is also proud to provide trusted support to both clients and the wider community.
Within the office, she is affectionately known as the “hostess with the mostess,” recognised for bringing energy, humour, and joy to every interaction. In her spare time, Kym enjoys creating memorable moments with her family. She recently welcomed two grandsons and especially treasures the time she spends with them, embracing her role as a proud grandmother.
Joanne Waldock
Client Manager
Jo brings strong management skills and a wealth of experience as a previous business owner, giving her a practical and strategic approach to every client and team interaction. As the newest member of the team, she is quickly making her mark with professionalism, energy, and a collaborative spirit.
Outside work, Jo enjoys spending time with her husband Shane, whether caravanning across scenic routes or discovering new countries, adding stamps to her passport.
